Grazzini Brothers & Company officially forms the company and purchases their first building at 620 16th Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Grazzini Brothers & Co complete their first major installation at Minnehaha Academy in Minneapolis Minnesota.

Gene Grazzini Sr., 2nd generation, was hired full-time as the warehouse man, delivery man, office worker, and janitor.
1935
Ceramic tile was added to the operation.
1936
Gene Grazzini Sr. became the company’s bookkeeper.

The Company purchased its first truck.
1950
The company completed two large tile installations at the Veterans Hospitals in Grand Island and Omaha, Nebraska.
1954
Seamless epoxy flooring - Industrial Coatings - was the wave of the future and was added to the list of services.

Grazzini Brothers & Co. install an epoxy coating on the roof of the Seattle Space Needle.

Grazzini Brothers & Co. pour the first concrete for the Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Gene Grazzini Jr., 3rd generation, was named president and the company was moved to a new location at 1200 West 79th St. in Bloomington, Minnesota.

The founder of Grazzini Brothers & Co., Frank Grazzini, passes away at the age of 94.

Grazzini Brothers & Co. land the largest contracting the company’s history at the new VA Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
1987
Greg Grazzini, 4th generation, began working full-time as a project manager and estimator.
1992
Grazzini Brothers & Co. install 1.5 million square feet of tile throughout the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. The start of a long relationship.
1995
The bid for the floor work in the Ted Stevens International Airport in Anchorage, Alaska get accepted starting a new chapter for the company.
1998
Grazzini Brothers & Co. begin their first international project for Teva Pharmaceutical Company in Tel Aviv, Israel.
1999
The company moves from Bloomington, MN to the current location in Eagan, Minnesota.
1999
The natural stone division was established and began fabricating and installing dimensional stone and marble tops.
2003
Grazzini Brothers & Co. establish permanent operations in Alaska and installed granite and tile throughout Ted Stevens Int. Airport in Anchorage, Alaska.

Jon Trosvig joins Grazzini Brothers as an Assistant Project Manager. Jon is a member of the Leadership team and currently holds the positions of Senior Project Manager and the Director of Project Management.

Grazzini Brothers & Co. add soft flooring (carpet, vinyl, resilient flooring) to its list of services.

Greg Grazzini becomes president.

Mark Miranda, 5th generation, joins Grazzini Brothers full-time as an estimator.

Grazzini Brothers’ longest serving employee, Gene Grazzini Sr. passes away at the age of 93.

Grazzini Brothers won the National Terrazzo and Mosaic Association (NTMA) Job of the Year along with the Associated Builders & Contractors of Wisconsin Projects of Distinction Award for the Kalahari Resort in the Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.

Darrin Drosky join Grazzini Brothers as a Controller. Darrin is a member of the Leadership team and holds the positions of Integrator, Executive Vice President and Board Secretary.

Amanda Eiynk joins Grazzini Brothers as the Human Resources Manager. Amanda is a member of the Leadership team and holds the position of Director of Administration.
2015
Grazzini Brothers installs tile, resilient flooring, rubber base, resinous floor and carpeting at U.S. Bank Stadium, home of the Minnesota Vikings. The largest construction project in Minnesota history.
2016
Grazzini Brothers & Co. install resilient flooring and carpeting at the Sanford Fargo Medical Center. The largest private construction project in North Dakota history.
2022
Amy Bratulich joins Grazzini Brothers & Company as the Director of Finance. Amy is a member of the Leadership team and holds the positions of Director of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasure.

To celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the company, the team takes a group re-enactment of the workers sitting on the steps of City Hall in Winona, Minnesota in 1939.
