Amy Bratulich

Amy Bratulich is the Director of Finance at Grazzini Bros. Amy is a CPA and has an MBA from Western Governors University. She is a shareholder of Grazzini Brothers. Amy provides oversight to the Grazzini accounting team, the financial reporting process, and the annual financial review. Additionally, she plays a key role in managing the organization’s insurance. Amy has spent her career working in the construction and real estate industry. She has been fortunate to work on a variety of projects including Multi-Family, Industrial, Office, Retail, Education, Transportation and Residential spanning nearly all 50 states.

Having worked in public accounting, Amy has had the opportunity to work with a number of construction organizations, private equity and joint venture organizations to work through the financing component of the project utilizing tax credits such as LIHTC, Opportunity Tax Credits and Historic Tax Credits. She has also assisted contractors in managing the construction draw process for complex projects, and assisted real estate and construction organizations in discovering growth opportunities.

Amy is great at building relationships and worked closely with a number of organizations to rehabilitate blighted neighborhoods across the country during the 2008 foreclosure crisis. During that time, she worked on over 800 residential rehabilitations in the Twin Cities, built nearly 100 new construction homes and worked with developers on several multi-family projects to create housing opportunities.

In 2015, Amy was a recipient of the “Top Women in Finance” award through the Minneapolis Business Journal and in 2018, she was selected as TOP 100’s “Top 100 People in Real Estate”. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband Kurt, running with her Sheepadoodle Tucker, and learning foreign languages.
