Barry Morgan

Barry serves as the Chief Operations Officer of the Grazzini Brothers and Company. In this role he is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and ensuring that the business runs efficiently. Barry translates strategic goals into operational plans, manages cross-departmental coordination, drives process and performance improvements, and helps build systems and teams that support sustainable growth.

Barry graduated from the Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering (1993/1995).

Barry and his wife, Marcia, have one son, Caden. Barry enjoys golfing, honing his BBQ skills and traveling to watch Caden play college hockey at Middlebury College in Vermont.
