Tim Horn

Tim serves as the Director of Finance and Administration of Grazzini Brothers & Company. In this role he is responsible for overseeing financial operations – from budgeting and forecasting, to compliance, risk management, and strategic planning – while leading a cross-functional finance team. Tim is a seasoned financial leader with over 20 years of experience in the construction, manufacturing and logistics industries. He is committed to best practices, continuous improvement, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making at the executive level.

Tim served in the United State Marine Corps for eight years and is licensed as a certified public accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (2006) from California State University, San Bernardino.

Tim and his two sons, Brendan and Logan. In his free time, Tim enjoys fishing, reading, working on home improvement projects, and traveling.
